It seems like every issue that can come up has been happening with this theme. My video feature doesn’t show and I read through the others who had the same issue and did what they did and it still didn’t help. Please can someone take a look at my site and let me know why the video doesn’t show. (www.thecrunchdaily.com)

I assume you are referring to the homepage and the video post images. It has to do with your settings, it’s not a bug and nothing went wrong. Your site actually works fine and there are no errors. Please first of all activate the placeholder image in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/q1cg5u4qFDQO so there will be a replacement image for situations like this. And to “fix” the video posts, please use a video post style and format: http://screencast.com/t/X7SEqC5pv and this is the most important step: add the video as a featured video:

Thanks for responding back to me. I had actually done all those and it hadn’t worked. I went back again to make sure I followed the steps and I did. I had the video on feature and add the link on the featured video. It renders an image on the editing page but not on the site. I had to take it off feature because it will come up blank on the slide.
I used the video format and post style. I checked and the placeholder is turned on. Not sure what else is left to check.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your videos again. If the problem is still there, then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and inspect this issue.
