Hey guys,
I’m having problems with the Ajax filter. I have six categories and it all works fine, with pre-loading and without. But for one category and the ‘All’ selection it doesn’t. When I select it, it freezes and I also can’t select any of the other categories anymore. Any idea?

Please ensure that you have correctly followed all the steps in order to set your Ajax Filter, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ Also, please make sue that you are using the latest version of the Theme (6.7) and Visual Composer (4.11). Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please try your theme without any untested plugins because this thing could cause some js errors in the theme that create these issues.

I tried it without any plugins, no luck. But somehow I solved it by deleting the ‘No category’ category. Don’t know why that would matter, but it seems to work. Thought I would just let you know.

Unfortunately, until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard. Also, I have tested on my side with a ‘No category’ category and the Ajax filter work as properly and therefore, I cannot provide an official response in this regard because on my side it does not happen. However, I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins which interact with the theme and could cause this type of problems.
