Hi! I follow all the steps you have said, like updating the theme, cleaning the cache, and updating the vs pluging, but it still doesnt work. Can you help me?

Hello marcadefabrica,

Please try to update the Visual Composer plugin to the latest version (v. 4.11.2), clear all cache and test it again. For updating plugin, please check this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Hi! I already have this version. I’ve done it all over again, and things remains exactly the same. Any ideas?

Hello marcadefabrica,

Please ensure that you do not have any untested plugin which interact with the theme and Visual Composer to create this issue. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After these changes, if your problem is still there and if you need more assistance in this regard, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so I can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
