Please ensure that you have followed all the steps which are presented in our demo tutorials here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-woo-invoice-plugin/ Also, I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme and the plugins and could cause some unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
For your second request, please provide the exact link where is located that button so I can inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
