Issue when loading the demos with the same data

Hi there,

While trying to upload on of the provided demos, I am receiving a message informing me that there is an Ajax Error (please let me know how I can send you the screen shot).

At the end of the process, the same data are not in.

Could you please help me ?

Hi Andrei,

Apparently the issue is appearing only for the “default demo” theme. Why this ? Any idea ? It works perfectly for the others.

Hi,
As the topic suggests, it can be a temporary server error. Please try it a few times and follow the instructions provided in the referenced topic and if you still cannot get it to install please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect this issue.
