I use the Tabbed , but everytime I click the tab and scroll down, the page always pull up back to the tabbed section. Any solution for this ?

This is a known issue and we do our best to find a fix for it. Theme developers will continue to investigate this and when they will find a fix for this issue I will update this topic.

do you have any suggestions what is the alternative for tabs? or at least I want to have that 2 parts (terpopuler & terkini) on a 2/3 section

Related article tabs have a similar functionality as tabs built in from Visual Composer but unfortunately this part is not available in Visual Composer at the moment. We don’t have a shortcode for this element so it can’t be used on page like others blocks.

I do some browsing, I found some javascipt sourcecode.
I try that sourcecode and it seems the ‘fighting scroll’ problem fixed.
It remove the loading ‘effect’ though, but it fix the ‘fighting scroll’ problem.
So… problem fix… thanks Andrei
