What am I missing to do here in setting up my theme to WP for the first time?
To get this message.

Any help to point me to the right path would be great.

Hello,
It seems something went wrong with your install. Please try to delete the theme and make a fresh install via ftp like this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
