Hi,
In the theme panel, you will find a new tab if the mobile theme is activated: http://screencast.com/t/vBRuvrVbUhTe
Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses a predefined homepage you cannot change from the theme panel as it does not use visual composer at all. Your other pages besides the homepage (if they are created in visual composer) will not display anymore as you need to create a mobile version for theme as well using the second mce editor in page settings.
