The visual composer does not work. I have downloaded the Newspaper theme in my download section ” All files and documentations” and have unzipped it, but the plugin does not upload.
And also, I see that the theme is very slow.
Can you help me with these issues, please.

Please notice that he Visual Composer come bundled with our theme and you can install it only from the panel, Plugins area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/GDRCiI3V Before doing this, please ensure that you have removed the older version of it for better results. Also, please ensure that you have right installed your theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (we recommend to update your theme VIA FTP) Also, please update your Visual Composer to 4.11.2, Social Counter 4.0 for better results. Same Issue With me. The Js_Composer doesn’t work giving a blank page. I revert to the 4.11.2 and the website Work.

Best way to install Visual Composer is via FTP, but make sure to delete existing jscomposer folder first, make sure all your other plugins are off; make sure if you’re running anything like Wordfence you have patched it to work with WP 4.5.2, etc.
VC does work – on huge number of websites and huge number of themes. But, it can be pokey to get it installed.
Theme docs outline how to install and update, which is best place to start.
You do need to activate it from the plugins panel in WP, but you don’t need to activate a license for it if the ‘nag’ screen appears.
Not sure that helps. But it *does* work, just a little tricky. Not fault of theme, but the way VC works, oddly enough.
