I am trying to set up a form and a script in 2 different Text/HTML widgets but every time I paste the snippets in, it fails to load on the sidebar and the loading wheel for the widget just keeps spinning. I tried switching to other themes and I am able to load the widgets fine but it doesnt seem to be working on the Newspaper theme. Here is an example of the code I am trying to load below. Also, the html works fine if I remove the <form> and </form> tags.

Please notice that these type of requests involves custom work. So, I have tested your custom code with a default theme and this is the result -> http://screencast.com/t/i8SyutaTWm and then I have tested on Newspaper and I will get back the same result as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/diIYlJlnvD
I suppose that you have some trouble with theme saving. Please notice that this is an older issue which the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) caused to Wordfence plugin.
First of all, please try to increase your parameters from your system status to be higher, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please check this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/ because there was discussed this problem about Wordfence plugin. If you have the Wordfence plugin, please disable it or set it according to workaround that was explained in that topic by Bryson T.

That WordFence workaround did the trick. Thank you! I also updated our PHP.ini to accommodate the recommended theme settings.
