My weather widget doesn’t work anymore. I’ve cleared the caches and still doesn’t work

I have cleared all the caches and the WP Super cache plugin configurations are set the same way as it is demonstrated in the documentation. But the weather widget still doesn’t work.

Did you try to change the location in the widget? Please try a different one as mayube it is not recognizing the location set to it. Try ‘New York’ for example.

Maybe you are not inserting the locations correctly. Please use this search to find your exact location: http://openweathermap.org/ Italy works fine for us: http://screencast.com/t/jadqHV5rR0yv just like the rest of the world.

Yes, it works when I type Portofino or whatever town in Italy, but it doesn’t work when I type Italy.
When I type Greece, it works, as well as for the rest of the world:)

Unfortunately we have not tested the weather widget with entire countries. It is meant to work with cities. As the theme panel instructs, you are meant to place a city name not an entire country: http://screencast.com/t/YoVpwXbu It could work with countries but you could get mixed results and not have it working properly. Please use the weather widget with the intended settings.
