why my instagram followers number of instagram on my website shows the number 0. And I’ve put my name instagram account on social counter settings. Please help. thanks.

Hello Hendra,
Please update your theme to the latest version (7.1.1) and also update your social counter plugin. Disable and delete files from the plugins section of WP and then reinstall it from the theme panel after the theme update:

Please notice that the Instagram is working fine for the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) because the Instagram was been fixed and now should be working as properly. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and everything should working fine.

I’ve replaced it with another widget and working fine. because the social counter plugin did not work properly for instagram account. I decided to use another instagram widget. Maybe you have any idea why in my account that the tool can not work properly. http://postimg.org/image/tpknv4thn/

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Social Counter, 4.1, clear all your caches and test it again. If your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page.
