Some images now show different sizes and are no longer linked up after the update to version 3.
https://www.iisnet-networks.com/ The images under hosting with red background are correct size and links work, but scroll down to “vps hosting” and the three images there are tiny thumbnails with no links.
Tried clearing cache, reload images etc.
Suggestions please.

Please make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ also try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer clear all caches then test again. Also I’ve checked your site and noticed that the thumbs are not properly generated for some images. Try to regenerate your thumbnails following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ and check the site again.

Tried the regenerate plugin but it didn’t fix the problem. The theme update Newsmag.zip was uploaded as usual through wordpress. Deactivating plugins didn’t work either.
Anything else?

Theme’s blocks where designed to work with span4, span8 and span 12. Try to use these layouts from VC and the blocks will be displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/ORfVvIOt

Please explain further. What is span3 and span9 ? If you mean the block sizes/display the first block 12 is using the 2/3 + 1/3 option which is working OK, and the block not showing the images/links correctly is also block 12 with the 1/4 +3/4 size.

The spans are main containers used to create a specific layout. The correct layouts for blocks are 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3: http://screencast.com/t/ORfVvIOt Each block displayed with this layouts will have the correct layout.

You mean the yellow paragraph tab at the top left corner of a row, where there are 11 display options, 12 if you include the custom option.
Where does it say in your documentation that only 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 will work? Prior to this upgrade the images displayed OK so something changed it.
Update.
After using the “custom” option and setting it to 1/3 + 2/3 for the lower block 12 we have got the images to display correctly again. https://www.iisnet-networks.com/
