Don’t worry about that message. You will get updates to the Visual Composer the next time that this theme gets updated 🙂

Delta plugin with WP website is not enough.
Delta plugin wp-content / plugins / js_composer. with ftp client
Upload the js_composer again and activate.
Deleting the plugin WP website is not always successful.
