Just purchased Newspaper theme and cannot activate it on my server. I emailed the address on the error.
How do I open a support ticket?

If you cannot activate your theme according on this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ please try to activate it manually, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/gaEnNEZG2Nu and follow the steps which are presented there.
