How to deactivate author box for some articles?

Hello,
Unfortunately this option is not available in the theme setting. It can only be made custom. The easiest way is to edit a post template file and remove the author box for it so any post that is set to that particular style will not get the author box. There is another way to do it without sacrificing one post template but that will involve adding conditions to the code and specifying each post Id you want the code to affect. That is a more complicated way of doing it.
