I was wondering what the easiest way to add a “Video list” much like the one that appears on the bottom half of this page: http://christlikemedia.com
I need to add a similar video list that appears either above or below our comments section of the “individual” post pages like this one: http://christlikemedia.com/colorblind-dad-sees-true-color-first-time/

This will not be so easy to do. You first need to create the block on a dummy page and filter it to show 3 posts and the category you want to show or specific posts by using block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
If you want to have the black background you will also need a bit of css to adjust it as that element is custom made.
You can assign a custom css class to your element like so: http://screencast.com/t/nUwW45WrzGl, then set your background for the row to the color you want and use this css:
.mycustomclass{
margin-bottom: 48px;
padding-top: 48px;
background-color: #222;
}
After you set it up properly and you are happy with the results, it;s time to move it on posts.
You can use a do_shortcode function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/ and place the shortcode for your block inside it. Then add the function to the theme files here: http://screencast.com/t/6zk43xa1t2hL
