By upgrading to the new topic posts appear from oldest to newest , as ordering the dates of the post for showing me from the last to the oldest ?

If the homepage is what you are referring to or any other page, you can use the latest sorting option for each block from block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
There is no oldest to newest default setting in our theme. The default is latest articles.
Please provide more details if this is not what you are referring to
