Is it possible to move category descriptions to the bottom of category/archive page(s)?

I recently have purchase your newspaper Theme,Now am working on it but i am not getting category descriptions on bottom of the page.I wish to change the “Popular Category” and its below category but it was not changing.Can you help us with the process. How to fix this problem.

Sorry but the description cannot be moved easily from the top to the bottom of the category page. The page is made out of 3 sections the top template, the grid layout and the articles. You will have to get some hired help on this as there is no easy solution to move the description from one section to another. It can be done, but it takes a bit of time and effort to do and we cannot tackle complex tasks.

The category template is not meant to be at the bottom of the category page, but rather at the top.
As fopr the popular category, it is a demo block that is added inside the footer template. This block cannot be changed as it;s a predefined element. If you want to replace it with something else you will have to choose a different footer style that does not come with predefined content and add new blocks and widgets to it from the wp widgets area.
