Hello,

our Website is on a good way on desktop, but mobile it is everything but not what we want. It’s very different from Browser on Computer. Where can we configure more options for our mobile Website than only some “mobile theme” settings? Another Problem is, that some sites on our Homepage are not shown on the mobile version. Sometimes there is “Ooops.. Error 404” or the heading without any content.

With kind regards,
Benny from drittklassig.com

Hello,
This happens because you have the mobile theme plugin installed. This is a new mobile theme plugins we created to improve loading speeds for mobile users. Please read this guide to learn about how the mobile theme works: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not like the mobile theme you can simply disable the plugin and your mobile version will be the standard responsive version of the desktop theme.
Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to make changes inside the plugin, to configure it like I want?

Do I have a chance to design a seperate mobile site design? Another question is, how can I hide the social icons at the top menu on mobile site? I don’t find an option to disable this. I also would like to decide about style of the menu like background picture etc like already said. Where to change the footer for mobile site?

With kind regards,
Benny

Hello,

All of the settings our theme provides for the mobile theme plugin can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/WlKYdy6LVk Anything beyond these settings will have to be made through customization.
The menu colors or background can be set in the theme panel like so: http://screencast.com/t/428KkaY4
The top menu is not present on mobile by default so I;m not sure how it;s showing up on your end. Please provide a link to your site and I will provide the proper css to remove the social icons.
As for the footer, it cannot be changed on mobile as it will default to the predefined one. It can be altered with a bit of css if you want particular parts of it removed.

Thank you!
