Tag Div Gallery

Hi guys,

I have just tried to insert a gallery for the first time since i updated to Newspaper 7.

When i create the gallery, and select Tag Div Slider gallery, it just shows up like the default layout. Please see here http://www.londonnewsonline.co.uk/?p=2038&preview=true

Is there a setting i am selecting wrong?

Hi,

I cannot see your post if it is not published and I guess you provided a link to a draft post. So please provide a link to published post or send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so I can inspect this. If you send an email please also paste a link to this topic.

Hello adamneale,

First of all, please ensure that you have right set our Tag Div Gallery, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ clear all you caches and test it again and check the results.
Also, if you need more assistance in this regard after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect the issue. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
