As you can see, the menu can show all parent items well. but if you click any item, it display their sub-menu and then the submenu overlap all the parent menu off. The realistic one should be a bar extend from parent item and list all available sub-items to click. Please let me know what to do then.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. I have checked your source page and I have noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which might interact with the theme code and cause a lot of unknown issues. To rule out this case, please try the theme without these and check then the results. If you problem is still there after this, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results.

I tried to spin up a box with clean install only newspaper and its required plugins and then the demo data of global medicine. But I saw the mobile version the menu is overlapped as the same as the one I have now.

I just bought your themes weeks ago and installed it following the instructions. And I just did another try yesterday from scratch and it does not work either. So could you send me a copy of the exact files under the /var/www/html so I can try to figure out the difference and fix the broken part?

Please notice that the only valid code source for our theme could be downloaded from Theme Forest when you log-in with your user and password. Also, you can check our demo tutorial, like this -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please re-check and clear all your caches, server cache (if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this task to the hosting provider).

Yes, I bought your theme a few days ago and I use it all the same. Now I installed in another instance from scratch and it only has plugins you recommended from the installation instruction here https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/.
Still the first menu “specialities” now does not pop up at all when using iphone. Please advise what i can do to help you trouble-shoot it.
