i Place Responsive Link ads Unit In Header and Bellow the Post But Ads not Live. If i change the ads size 728×15—-> 300*250 then ads working fine.

Our theme was built to work with the standard adsense code so we have not tested the link ads. You can alternatively try a plugin like adrotate to render the ads.

Well if it does not work with adrotate either, then it will not work with the theme as well.. it means you are not implementing the code correctly. If the code requires a part to be added to the header, please use this method that is used on page-level ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-level-ads-problems/
