Today after updating to version 7.3 I can no longer see the mobile version . If I go on my site mobile I see all black , no thumbail , unprecedented and no settings menu , as if it had happened a reset .
How to solve ?

I did not install the latest update however I am noticing that the mobile theme is not working on the home page. When I click an inner page such as a post, it seems to display the mobile theme.
Did anyone resolve the mobile issue after upgrade to 7.3
Still not, I’m wondering why the staff is not responding to this big issue, but is replying to all others

Sorry for the inconvenience. The mobile theme seems to have a few issues with the new version of the theme. We will fix this as soon as possible and release a new update.

P S Sorry for the delay but we answer from oldest to newest topic so if a topic gets many comments it always gets moved to newest.
The fix will be up in a couple of hours. It only needs approving from envato and you can download the theme again after the update is released.

Here is a fix for the mobile theme issue for the moment until the new update is released:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

We are very sorry for this inconvenience! You can use the fix provided by Bogdan above or download the theme again from themeforest as we released an unannounced update and we have fixed this issue. The theme version is the same 7.3 so after you download the theme package from themeforest please re-install it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and the mobile theme will work properly.
