Hello,
I am trying to set up my wordpress site using Newspaper theme. My domain, http://www.tynk.space, is hosted with Hostgator. When I try to install Visual Composer, I get an error page from Hostgator that says the following:
ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN
Why am I seeing this page?
403 errors usually mean that the server does not have permission to view the requested file or resource.These errors are often caused by IP Deny rules, File protections, or permission problems.

I have checked with Hostgator and they seem to think it is not an issue on their end, and that it could be a compatibility problem. they’ve directed me to you.
Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this please?

Please try to re-download the latest version of the theme and ensure that is a clear one and it has been fully downloaded from the Envato server and then, using the FTP method please install the theme to your side, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ With the latest version of the theme will come bundled all the latest version of required plugins and these have to be installed on your back end ->Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1 Try to do these steps and then let us know how it goes!
