I installed the newspaper and my wordpress simply went off the air for no apparent reason . I asked for the check server support.
It has happened to a user ?

Hello,
Please make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then try to disable all plugins to rule out a plugin conflict (if you do not have access to the back-end as well, you need to rename the plugins folder from wp) If you do have access to the back-end then also check your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ , disable all plugins exceot visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
