Dear sir today I have bought your theme and I must say this is one of the best themes I have ever seen. I am facing a simple but important problem that theme shortcodes like drop caps, quotes all into format don’t load. please help me.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. It is most likely a plugin conflict. Test the shortcodes again afterwards and let us know how it goes.

having same issue, when adding shortcodes it will display like this;
[button color="" size="" type="" target="" link=""][/button]
nothing else why?
