For example, you can try to use the Facebook page for Coca-Cola, like this -> https://www.facebook.com/cocacolaromania/?brand_redir=1659257444324999

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Yes, the FB it’s correct but notice that you should load only the ID and not the whole link you have provided.
