Most probably, this is “Big Grid-5” but how can I have the “Ajax filter like this” the category topics are big, nice font with an icon and they have different animation effects when clicked.
Please teach me how to achieve this.

Please notice that this type of effect is a Big Grid 5 in a Tab. For example, please try to use the following code and place it in your Visual Composer Classic mode and check the results. The code is there -> http://pastebin.com/ZuTnaBYq All of our demos have an own design and I suggest you installing the demo if you want to have that layout.

It worked but I am unable to understand what defines the different posts under difference sections? I am unable to set different categories for different section.
Here as demo, we have section nmae – fashion, sports etc. which is different than my categories name. How can I find the category section ID to use it to show different categories’s posts under different sections.

You do not understand what I have explained you above. So, please notice that this feature is built using a Tab and this Tab can have more section, as an example: Fashion/Sport/Music/etc and for each section you will have to add another or same block which has to be filtered by your desired category, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/LHD3Bqwb
For your second question, please notice that all of these symbols are from Visual Composer and that’s why these will appear without this plugin.
