Pages, including a high-traffic downloadable PDF map, are visible on desktops and tablet but NOT on phones. (Clients trying to access the map on their phones brought this to our attention.) Our consultant, who is out on family leave, suspects something may have gone wrong with the mobile theme code during recent updates. The pages affected were created using another theme and transferred to this one within the past quarter.

‘ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using Newspaper theme along with Mobile theme plugin. Note that mobile theme won’t display the content added with Visual Composer, basically will display on the content from mobile editor: http://screencast.com/t/8JZPeH8RkG3 For more details about mobile theme please check this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want the same content on mobile as on desktop you can deactivate mobile theme as the main theme have its own responsive version.
