VC elements are not visible on home page

Hi team,

We have a strange bug, all VC components are not visible inside admin, they are not loading, so we can’t change anything. But a website is working well.

And if we create a new page all VC elements are there.

So we have a problem with a Home page – http://sport-tek.ru/

Попробуйте отключить все плагины, кроме VC, и проверьте снова.

Добрый день, Edward!

Оставили подключённым только VC, к сожалению, те же проблемы. Проверил в 3-х браузерах, элементы не видны.

Hello Bestigorek,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) and the latest version of the required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11 and Social Counter 4.1), clear all your caches and check the results.

Please keep in mind that we recommend doing the theme’s update only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this method, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
