Where does the custom code / does the custom code save to?
I saved some javascript code earlier in the box, and now have removed it, yet it still seems to be ‘enabled’ or be doing something with the files, and i’d like to remove the code, it is not in the ‘custom code’ box any longer.
Can you please assist me with this?

All the custom code have to be inserted in that field -> http://screencast.com/t/HaUsPsSMB1 Most likely, this type of issue come from your caching plugin. Try to clear all of caches, purge CDN files and check again the results.

Hey Catalin, i did that, but does the code save somewhere else in the files that may be accessed in the FTP? Only reason i ask is because i have cleared the cache after removing the script, and it still seems to be having an effect on things?

Do you are using the Child Theme? If yes, please try to switch the theme to the main theme, clear again your caches and check it again the results.
