related post not showing correct category

hi,

after several month we run newspaper site to our media portal site, we just notice that the related article doesn’t showing the correct category as we set in theme panel.

if we open each post, the related article remain showing the same content and foto

It’s recommended to also update WordPress at latest version available, which currently is 4.6.1. Like this the site will be more secure better optimized.
