Error when Activating Theme after FTP Upload

I get an error after I FTP the Newspaper theme over to WordPress. The error message is below:

Warning: require_once(wp-admin/panel/panel_core/td_panel_data_source.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/akpromotions/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 26

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘wp-admin/panel/panel_core/td_panel_data_source.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/akpromotions/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 26

Hi

Please make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ , also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
