Ignoring Offset Post

Hi, I would like to ask how to remove post offset from block 15, because it start from offset post 6, so the block 15 will skip to display 6 latest post and only display 7th post in block 15.

I want to show the latest post listed/appear in block 15 like Big Grid 5 that showing all the latest post start from the latest one. Thank you.
