My website is not loading the menu bar on mobile. I got it to work on just one page. I click it and nothing happens. Is there some setting I need to enable? Has this happened before? What should I try to fix it?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the theme plugins to rule out any conflicting. If your problem persists, you should make a new clean install from scratch, clear all your caches and check the results.
If it not will be useful, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

I have v7.4, is that the latest?
As an update, I tested just now and about half the pages on my site do the menu bar. It seems mainly the ones where I have it loading a block are not pulling up the menu. There is also a second error I am experiencing. None of my parallax or single color background images are loading using Visual Composer.
I am worried to reinstall I will lose everything. How can I reinstall WordPress and back everything up correctly.

First of all, please make a full back-up to your all data from your side to be safe regarding on your content. The latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.5 which was released today on Envato Market.
