Downloading/installing updates on iPad

Hi,

I want to download the latest update for the theme on my iPad, but when I go to the Downloads page on my account and I select ‘Installable WordPress file’ from the download drop down menu it doesn’t seem to work/install anything.

Am I able to do this on an iPad or is it only possible on a laptop/MacBook?

Hello Paul,
Maybe it’s because of the archive. Are you sure you are able to extract the main theme package? it needs to be extracted and then uploaded in the WP themes section. You can use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
You might try “The Unarchiver” which is free in the app store or similar programs that can handle zip files.
