How do I update Newspaper 4.0.2 without losing my settings and headings??

Before each update, we recommend doing a full backup to your data because in this case, you will avoid losing all your data. Please keep in mind that the updating from 4 to 7. If you are custom modification through the code and you are not using the child theme, please keep in mind that all of them will be overwritten by the new update.
