BuddyPress Forum not displaying – only shortcode [bbp-forum-index]

I’m having a problem with setting up a BuddyPress Forum on my site – I have set the page to have the BBpress forum template and have installed buddypress, Are there any other steps that need to be done? I’m just seeing the BBpress shortcode on the page -http://techdive.uk/forum/

The page name has to be Forums – http://screencast.com/t/aFolNAzd
