I got a notice from JustHost that I should download a new version of Newspaper. So I did. But when I try to upload it to install it in WordPress, it says there’s already a version of Newspaper installed. So how do I update my Newspaper theme? Do I somehow delete the old version first? But won’t that delete some settings or possibly my content? My site is http://joshrachlis.today

Before each update, we recommend doing a full backup to your data because in this case, you will avoid losing all your data.
