I have totally removed the newspaper 7 folder from themes and I upload it again I can’t fix this help me.

Hi,
It seems you are not installing the theme properly. Please use this guide to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Make sure you clear all caching afterwards.

I tried uploading through ftp and i Purge all the caches still facing the problem
