Unable to change footer content

i am unable to hide or change the footer content in newsletter (fashion) theme ..

Hello manigowda,

This type of footer content can be handled by your footer style. If you do not like this, you should change the Footer Style or also, using the Footer Style 5 you should create your own footer template, using the Footer1,2,3 section from Widgets Area.
