The video icon appears automatically on modules for the post with video format – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-featured-image-or-video/
If you want to do this automatically on all your posts you can try to alter here the code and add also the case when the posts don’t have the video format – http://screencast.com/t/pYUgdpZkWZ
