I installed the mobile plugin to enable mobile version on my site. But, If user wants to get back to the desktop version, then how to do it?

Please notice that the mobile theme is an optional plugin which can be used or not. When the plugin is activated, the theme will be switched in mobile theme version. So, if you want to get back to the general responsive version, you simply disable this plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to this default mode. But i want to use both version and want to add a option to visitor can switch back deaktop version.

You would need to either
a) switch to desktop view in Chrome mobile browser
b) create a javascript switch button to load the desktop CSS over mobile version — you’d have to hire somebody to make that for you, if you don’t know what that means
Theme does not support “view switch” — as it’s setup to “look for mobile” device, based on the device sending notice that it’s mobile, then serve the mobile version. This is why Chrome and some other mobile browswers let you send the notice it’s pretending to be a desktop device to serve that layout instead.
Not sure that helps – just some background.
For example on the iphone there is a button “request desktop version” of site built-in.
Your suggestion is good. But, the only CSS is not required, There is a different theme for mobile version so need hook to disable mobile theme.
I’m going to make the hook for disabling mobile theme on mobile version if the user wanted.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to do this, sorry! The only available method to disable the mobile theme is to simply disable the mobile theme plugin. If you want to make a hook which does as you wish, please notice that this task involves custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you. Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com.

I have a related question. I just downloaded the theme, and installed it. The homepage looks great on desktop and mobile. But, there is no content on the individual blog posts in mobile view. The author name shows, and then the footer and that’s it.
I tried activating the mobile template – but then each blog post is now just blank.
Please help. My blog is goodmomusic.net

I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Actually, I don’t understand at all. And, I don’t think you understood my question either.
I am not using the mobile theme. I deactivated it, when it did not work, either. What I am saying is that the newspaper theme is not responsive on my blog, at all. I cannot get it to show blog posts on a mobile device (with or without the mobile theme.)
When I setup the newspaper theme, when customizing it, I selected static post, then selected “Home” for front page. For post page, I selected “blog”.
With visual composer, I edited the page called “home.” Do I have to edit also the page called “blog”? I think this is the problem.
Somehow mobile devices are not able to read the “blog” posts.
Finally, I’ve been reading through the forum, and I notice you tend to give the same answers over and over again, without really trying to understand the issue at hand. I hope you’ll take the time here, to help me figure out what is wrong, and how to fix it.

Please try to restore the theme to it;s default state. You do not need any plugin for the theme to be responsive. Your site looks nothing like our theme demo. You altered the theme functionality so please restore it to the theme defaults and then test responsiveness again. Our theme is responsive as anyone on this forum can confirm.
Please redo any customization, disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test responsiveness again. You can create a sub-domain for tests and install wp and the theme there to see how the theme should look in it;s default unaltered state. It should look exactly like this: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
