For some reasons I am having an issue even uploading the theme onto my staging site in GoDaddy.
Error: “Unable to create directory uploads/2016/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”
Any idea?

Hi,
I think you should contact the host or try to upload the theme using ftp. Pleas use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
