How to edit the video playlist in News Magazine?

I cant find in the theme, where or how I can edit the video playlist on the home page? How do I do this please?

I dont get it im afraid. How do I access the visual composer? How do I add a play list? Where do I add it? Sorry for all the questions but i need to know what im doing, dont want to bugger up my theme as I know very little about editing themes im afraid:-)
