Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet. So, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only required plugins to rule out any conflicts. Please contact your hosting provider to remove all the server cache if you do not have any access to do this and check the results.

Hello, I have the same issue, wp super cache installed like in your documentation, all unsupported plugins deactiveded but when cache pluginis turn on – on mobile device I do not see mobile theme but rwd desktop version. I use worpress 4.6. Any advice? What is strange on chrome console on mobile look, I see correct version.

Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look.

Do you have mobile theme enabled? I have checked your website and I saw that you have done some additional customization regarding the width of the theme (you make the theme in full-width) and any other customization which can affect the theme functionality and the mobile theme plugin. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, revert the theme to the default state and check the results. notice that our theme is fully tested with WP Super Cache and mobile theme plugin and it should work as properly. Try my advice and check the result. Also, you can try this through another sub-domain and check the results.
