You can’t. You don’t get a paid license to VC.
Simply activate it on the plugins page, then use it 🙂
The bundled version is not the paid version.

Hello Hela,
The visual composer activation message appears on all sites that use visual composer, not matter the theme or domain. In our case, you must ignore this message as the Visual Composer does not require activation when it’s provided in the theme package. The plugin authors cannot verify this though so they could not remove the message to this particular case. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
