I just bought newspaper theme and installed it but when i install the recommended Visual composer plugin on wordpress theme it say ” Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. ”
I dun know why this is happening. Please help me out

This is a wp issue and it is caused most likely by plugins. Here are a few possible fixes:
