Footer Widgets ISSUE

Hi,

Editor Picks, Popular Posts and POPULAR CATEGORY are the 3 widgets showing in the Footer. When i go to the widget page, and i look in the Footer 1, Footer 2 and Footer 3, i don’t have any widgets there. I am not sure how these are stuck there. I’d like to remove them and use different widgets in the footer area?

any help with my issue would be appreciated

Go to the footer settings in theme panel

See theme docs link right side of page to explore options in the theme ?

Chris S,

I went to theme panel, footer settings, and i don’t see a THEME Docs link on right side…

It states:
MORE INFORMATION:
The footer uses sidebars to show information. Here you can customize the number of sidebars and the layout. To add content to the footer head go to the widgets section and drag widget to the Footer 1, Footer 2 and Footer 3 sidebars.

When i go to widgets, i don’t see any widgets within Footer1, Footer 2 and Footer 3. however as i’ve mentioned on my top post, 3 widgets are showing in the footer sections….

Hello,

There are footer templates which come with predefined content. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you want to remove these elements, simply switch to an empty footer style and then use the 3 footer widgets to ad content to the footer.
